Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Technical Engineer with 8+ years of MAS experience and strong Linux skills to lead architectural direction and hands-on implementation for NASA Enterprise operations.

The role involves configuring MAS, API management, and complex integrations, plus scripting in Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON, with emphasis on secure, scalable MAS deployments and BI data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, MIF, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Lead technical design of Enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Configure and implement secure API management and authentication standards.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Develop MAS configurations across environments and maintain MAS mobile configurations.
