Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Maximo MAS Technical Engineer to provide architectural leadership and hands-on implementation for a secure, scalable MAS environment supporting NASA Enterprise operations. 8+ years of Maximo experience and advanced Linux proficiency are required.

You will lead installations, API management, and cross-team collaboration, with responsibilities spanning scripting, BI data modeling, and MAS configurations across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of IBM Maximo architecture, MIF, and REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS, scripting, and performance management.
• MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• OpenShift container deployments and MAS environments experience.
• Experience with MAS licensing, user synchronization, or large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with integration and security frameworks for APIs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project-related information to leadership and teams.
• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Design enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Define API management and authentication standards for MAS integrations.
• Develop and maintain MAS configurations across environments.
• Create scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Configure Maximo Mobile and SSO implementations.
• Coordinate data modeling for BI reporting needs.
