Leidos, a leader in mission-driven technology solutions, is seeking a MAS Technical Engineer to provide architectural leadership and hands-on MAS implementation across NASA Enterprise systems. The role emphasizes secure API management, complex data modeling, and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate wields 8+ years of Maximo engineering, strong Linux scripting, and experience with MAS deployments, including OpenShift and MAF.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience
• Demonstrated advanced expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, MIF, and REST API integrations
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI
• Strong Linux scripting, operations, and performance management skills
• Experience with MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching
• Familiarity with OpenShift and MAS deployments
• Experience with MAS licensing models and large-scale environments

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities for MAS
• Lead technical design of Enterprise integration architecture
• Lead implementation and configuration of secure API management and authentication standards
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations
• Perform complex application configuration and develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON
• Develop and maintain scripting for MAS configurations across environments
• Configure and support Maximo Mobile including SSO implementations
• Create MAS configurations with MAF to modify MAS configurations
• Manage and support MAS user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID
• Perform data modeling to support BI reporting needs
• Utilize Jira Service Management to manage and track issues and service requests
