Job summary

Leidos is seeking a MAS Technical Engineer with 8+ years of Maximo experience and strong Linux proficiency to lead and optimize the MAS environment supporting NASA’s Enterprise operations. You will drive API management, integration design, and automation scripting using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON, collaborating across cross-functional teams for reliable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, MIF, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with BIRT, Power BI, data modeling for BI reporting.
• Strong Linux OS expertise including scripting, operations, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Design enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Configure and support MAS components including MAS Mobile and SSO.
