Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Sr. Production Control Support in Newark, CA to bolster inventory control, BOM validation, and material readiness for prototype builds. This hands-on role works with Lab Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Buyers to keep parts flowing.

You will track parts, manage kitting in SAP, monitor shortages, and help drive build readiness while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or production support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, prototype, engineering, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Smartsheet experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support material planning and readiness for prototypes and builds.
• Validate material availability and procurement status for upcoming builds.
• Monitor material readiness and escalate shortages to senior team members.
• Support kitting and line readiness activities with BOM validation.
