Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Materials Manager who will link material planning, production scheduling, and logistics to create a stable, predictable manufacturing environment. You will own production control and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management to meet customer demand.

This role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong ERP/MRP experience, and a track record of Lean continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in materials management, production control, or logistics.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own production scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Lead materials planning, flow, and inventory optimization.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ERP/MRP execution.
• Ensure safety and accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
