Job summary

RTX in Portsmouth, RI is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Scheduling to drive material and workforce forecasting in a high-visibility, high-mix environment.

The role requires data-driven decision making and daily collaboration with program, planning, production control, and engineering teams to meet customer deadlines and financial targets. The successful candidate will manage kit readiness, BOM coordination, and shop floor material staging while supporting MRP processes and cross-functional problem

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or experience in other production driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage high visibility, high mix area and ensure material availability.
• Maintain execution plans to meet critical customer deadlines with supply chain strategies and financial targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering; propose solutions to mitigate work stoppages due to material orders.
