Job summary

RTX is seeking a material planning professional to align MRP with industrial and engineering partners, ensuring a continuous flow of inventory to government networks. You will manage range and depth of target inventory and generate reports on spares orders and delivery status.

Strong Excel skills and senior-level analytical capabilities are required to analyze redistribution data, prioritize allocations, and drive cross-functional collaboration across PW/Raytheon and RTX units.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8 years of material planning, inventory management or program management experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years in those areas.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Experience with data analysis and internal supply policies is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive MRP alignment with partners to ensure continuous flow of inventory to government networks.
• Support F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares from planning to reporting on sales orders and delivery status.
• Lead meetings, coach teammates, and brief senior leaders on actions and outcomes.
