Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Materials Planner to ensure timely availability of materials for production at a Carrier manufacturing facility. You will manage requirements, replenishment, and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate shortages.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of materials planning experience in manufacturing, and are proficient with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel, with APICS CPIM certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of materials planning experience in manufacturing.
• APICS certification (CPIM) preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate shortages.
• Knowledge of supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages material requirements for the production plan.
• Places and follow up on purchase and replenishment orders.
• Manages inventory levels, safety stocks, and reorder points.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyzes and mitigates shortage risks.
• Maintains planning parameters in the ERP.
