Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Materials Lead to own the end-to-end supply chain for a Carrier manufacturing facility. The role drives planning, procurement, logistics and inventory to power production.

The candidate should have 8+ years in materials/supply-chain with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Lean logistics. This on-site role offers strong pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of materials/supply-chain experience with 3+ years in planning, procurement, or logistics leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads materials strategy and operations: planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory.
• Ensures material availability to meet the production plan.
• Owns inventory levels, working capital and days-of-supply.
• Leads and develops planning, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Drive supply chain improvements.
• Coordinates with suppliers and Carrier's global supply network.
• Owns MRP master data for materials.
