Job summary

MAS HVAC, Inc. in Dayton, MN is seeking a Materials Manager to lead all materials management functions at a large multi-product manufacturing facility.

You’ll ensure uninterrupted material flow from suppliers through warehouse, production, and customer shipments while optimizing inventory, on-time delivery, and manufacturing efficiency. This leadership role oversees Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Material Flow, Logistics, and ERP-driven planning, aligning demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and capacity.
• Maintain Clear-to-Build readiness and mitigate material shortages.
• Drive inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
• Oversee Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Logistics.
• Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Finance and Operations to optimize supply chain.
