Job summary

Dayton Phoenix Group is seeking a Materials Management Manager to lead and optimize supply chain functions in a Lean manufacturing environment. You will oversee production scheduling, inventory management, material planning, warehousing, shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field with strong experience in supply chain operations.
10 years of experience in field or similar role preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead production scheduling and material planning to support demand and capacity.
Manage MRP processes to ensure material availability while minimizing inventory.
Coordinate schedules with Operations and Customer Service to meet delivery commitments.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
