Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in global chemical regulations (REACH, RoHS, TSCA) and similar standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials and processes for compliance with REACH, RoHS, TSCA and other global directives.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports, material declarations, and regulatory submissions.
• Interface with internal teams and external suppliers to collect accurate material data.
• Recommend substitutes or alternative materials in coordination with design engineers and suppliers.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain tools/databases for chemical substance tracking and compliance documentation.
• Review BOMs against current global chemical substance requirements and manage obsolescence risks.
