Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced logistics associate to support manufacturing by receiving, shipping, and issuing materials. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with kit preparation for hangar and shop floor operations.

Key duties include cycle counting, shortages support, and participation in continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment. US-person requirements may apply for access and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred with 3–5 years in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing logistics is valued.
• Proficient in inventory management and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Receives material requests and coordinates delivery with appropriate personnel.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting.
• Supports kit delivery and prioritization for hangar/shop floor.
• Manages floor stock usage and replenishment.
• Represents Logistics in internal and external meetings.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, and issuing materials.
• Takes part in AOG and engineering revisions as necessary.
• Troubleshoots material discrepancies and transaction issues.
• Assists with safety guidelines and housekeeping in the department.
• Other duties, as assigned.
