Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services, LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage provisioning of parts and materials for aircraft maintenance programs. You will coordinate requisitions, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to keep maintenance on schedule.

The role requires familiarity with ALMIS/AMMIS, forklift operations, and basic data systems; candidates should be able to lift and move items, follow safety procedures, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and general PC skills.
• Able to perform internet searches to track incoming parts and shipments.
• Minimum of one year using ALMIS/AMMIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor requisitioning of consumables and repairable assets while prioritizing to support timely maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and supply personnel to determine material order priorities and track flow.
• Review schedules and stock levels, flag backorders and long lead times to avoid production delays.
• Forecast future material requirements using historical data and PDM information.
• Track movement of materials using AMMIS/ALMIS and barcode systems to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Receipt and storage of materials using pallet jacks and forklifts.
