Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Materials Planner to develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the MRP system and ensure material availability aligns with production schedules. You will translate engineering designs into material requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead times and inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; 2–5 years in materials planning, production planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace or aircraft interiors preferred.
• Ability to travel as required and work outside core business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examines engineering drawings for material specifications and accuracy.
• Calculates material requirements and builds BOMs in the MRP system.
• Ensures data integrity within MRP to support planning, procurement, and production.
• Monitors material deliveries and aligns with production timelines.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Procurement, Ops, PM, and Sales to exchange material information.
