Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Marysville, WA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely receipt, storage and distribution of materials for manufacturing. You will coordinate deliveries, track inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in warehousing, logistics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in warehousing, logistics or equivalent; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives material requests and coordinates delivery.
• Troubleshoots and dispositions receiving/grief issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Prioritizes, coordinates, and delivers parts kits to hangar/shop floor.
• Organizes kits/materials for use and schedule.
• Maintains kit cleanliness and reduces FOD.
• Supports kit shortage status and fulfillment.
• Manages floor stock usage and replenishment.
• Represents Logistics in internal/external meetings.
• Supports AOG and engineering revisions as needed.
• Troubleshoots material discrepancies and transaction issues.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, and issuing materials.
• Picks up and delivers materials from offsite locations as needed.
• Supports warehouse personnel involved in shipping/receiving.
