Job summary

Raytheon, located in Andover, MA, is seeking a Material Program Manager to bridge the Supply Chain and Program teams for the Patriot GEM-T Forebody. You will manage materials from suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with SAP or similar MRP, and U.S.

citizenship. Travel may be required; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with MRP systems such as SAP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirements.
• Partner with procurement to ensure suppliers are meeting program requirements (contractual requirements, drawing and data packages, schedule requirements).
• Assist procurement with supplier RFIs/RFQs.
• Provide status by preparing and presenting slides during team tag-ups, daily/weekly program meetings, and monthly reviews.
• Maintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs’ schedule while balancing supply and demand.
• Own the supplier and finance management process (Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, Metrics, Material forecasts).
• Proactively address urgent supply chain tasking (POs, SSOW, supplier follow-ups).
• Communicate program status, issues, and plans across stakeholders including Raytheon leadership, customers, and suppliers.
• Travel domestically to suppliers as needed.
