Job summary

RTX seeks a Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead Global Supply Chain actions for Patriot GEM-T international programs. You will oversee the full program lifecycle from capture to execution, interfacing with PMO and IPTs in a matrix environment.

You will manage forecasts, ROM/ROM tools, and baselining activities while supporting program start-up and CAPA supplier management in a high-stakes defense setting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an Advanced Degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and be the interface to the PMO.
• Report program status and issues; propose and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunity to improve predictability.
• Support program offsets/localization, including supplier assessment and development.
• Contribute to Material Program Plan, CF Briefing, and baselining activities.
• Assist bottoms-up proposal management and CAPA supplier management.
• Support internal/external program audits, including USG material pricing.
