Job summary

Raytheon’s RTX Global Supply Chain Management team seeks a Material Program Manager to lead material program strategy and supplier interfaces for the Patriot BMC4I portfolio. This role emphasizes cost/schedule/quality execution and close cross-functional collaboration with IPTs and program offices.

The ideal candidate has project management expertise, can interface with all management levels, and is prepared to travel up to 15% domestically. U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ with advanced degree.
• Experience with PRISM and/or SAP.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Manage material program strategy and plan for Patriot BMC4I portfolio.
• Support Gates 0-11 activities, EAC reviews, risk and opportunity reviews.
• Own supplier management processes and communication across customer flow.
• Support pricing and bases of estimates for proposals.
• Develop schedules and risk/opportunity plans to meet goals.
• Travel up to 15% domestically as required.
