Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler III to join the El Paso, TX team. The role supports warehouse operations including inventory counts, order picking, and shipping/receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate will perform quality checks, manage manufacturing orders, load production plans, and safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. Shift is 7:00am-3:45pm with eligibility for a variable incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience (sit-down/standup).
• Minimum of 18 months of manufacturing, distribution, or military experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT or related programs.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations: inventory counts, order picking, shipping & receiving.
• Perform quality checks per Eaton guidelines as products move through production.
• Create/Update MO for fabrication item numbers; load fabrication production plan.
• Locate fabricated material in racks/GO locations; perform inventory counts.
• Process incoming raw material and material kitting orders on schedule.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely; adhere to 5S discipline.
