Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler I for the 1st shift in El Paso, TX, to move and manage materials in our warehouse. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm at 7800 Trade Center Avenue. The position offers a $16.22 hourly rate and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Safety rules and PPE use are required on site. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• No relocation benefit offered; 50-mile radius restriction for El Paso, TX.
• Active-Duty Military Service members exempt from geographic area limitation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move materials in a warehouse or production environment.
• Process material for kitting orders on time delivery.
• Complete inventory transactions for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with safety regulations and PPE in the area.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
