Job summary

Eaton in El Paso, TX is seeking a Material Handler I to support production by moving, storing and supplying materials across the facility. You will ensure accurate receipt, transportation, and delivery to designated areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards.

The role includes performing quality checks, handling kitting orders, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivelent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visa or related programs.
• No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and supply materials to support production operations.
• Receive and process material kitting orders to execute production schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• Lead 5S in assigned warehouse area.
• Prepare finished products for final shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform Lean initiatives and suggest improvements.
