Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift in El Paso, TX to move, store, and supply materials for production while maintaining accurate inventory and safety.

The role includes quality checks, kit receiving, inventory transactions, and forklift operation. Shift is 4:00pm–12:45am; pay is $16.76/hr with a $1 shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM offers.
• Within 50 miles of El Paso, TX; relocation not offered.
• Active-Duty Military candidates are exempt from geographic limits.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and supply materials to support production operations.
• Receive and process material kits; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate forklift equipment and other warehouse tooling.
• Lead 5S and Lean initiatives in the assigned area.
