Job summary

The Material Handler I at Eaton in El Paso, TX moves, stores and supplies materials to support production. You will receive, transport, and deliver items while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

You'll perform quality checks, operate forklift equipment, and participate in 5S and Lean initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass background checks and lift up to 25 pounds; shift is 7:00am to 3:45pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Move, store and supply materials to support production.
• Receive and process material orders promptly to support schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Operate forklift equipment safely (stand-up/ride-on).
• Lead 5S discipline and lean initiatives for assigned area.
