Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Material Handler III to join the El Paso, TX team. The role involves supporting all warehouse activities—from inventory counts to shipping/receiving—while maintaining Eaton’s quality standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include material handling, MO creation, loading fabrication plans, inventory transactions, and 5S leadership in the assigned area. Forklift operation and Lean initiatives are key facets of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum forklift experience required (sit-down/stand-up).
• At least 18 months of manufacturing, distribution, or military experience.
• Must be able to meet safety and quality guidelines.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and operate forklift

Responsibilities

• Support in all warehouse areas including inventory counts, order picking, and shipping/receiving.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet guidelines.
• Create or update manufacturing orders for fabrication items.
• Load fabrication plans into machine software and respond to exceptions.
• Locate fabricated material in rack/cart/GO locations.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Process material kitting orders timely to support production schedules.
• Adhere to safety and industrial hygiene requirements and use PPE properly.
• Own and lead 5S discipline for the warehouse area.
• Receive and process incoming raw material as needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Participate in Lean initiatives to improve quality and processes.
