Eaton Corporation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Material Handler I to join the production support team. This role moves, stores, and supplies materials to ensure smooth production and inventory accuracy.

Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am. Base rate $16.76/hour plus $1 shift differential; eligible for a variable incentive plan. High School diploma required; relocation and sponsorship restrictions apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT accepted.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, store and supply materials to support production operations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet Eaton's guidelines.
• Receive and process material kitting orders for production schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks).
• Support Lean initiatives and 5S in the warehouse.
