Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Brownsburg, IN is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to support inbound/outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related distribution center functions. You will ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity while moving merchandise with RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tools.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Accurately match numerical and alphabetic information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Learn warehouse systems and RF technology, and adapt to processes.
• Work independently with limited direction and train others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and related warehouse tech.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve areas.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks, ensuring damage-free handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
