Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse associate to perform distribution center material handling duties and support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise while upholding inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise; operating RF scanners and warehouse tech; ensuring correct documentation;

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operare RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
