Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; Master's preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt highly desirable.
• 4–6 years in material handling engineering; 1–3 years in lead/regional role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of material handling systems across sites.
• Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Develop business cases for capital expenditures with ROI analysis and timelines.
• Collaborate with site operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT for integration.
• Manage material handling projects from concept to implementation, within budget and schedule.
• Evaluate equipment and technologies based on cost-effectiveness and needs.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentoring to site engineers on material handling.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the region.
