Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of material handling systems and processes across sites.
• Analyze existing material handling operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Develop business cases for capital expenditures with ROI analysis and project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with site operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT to align solutions with business goals.
• Manage material handling projects from conception to implementation within budget and schedule.
• Evaluate equipment and technologies based on specs, cost, and operational needs.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to site engineers on material handling principles.
• Establish KPIs for material handling and drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize processes across the region to leverage economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and best practices; train site personnel on new equipment.
