• Develop business cases for capital expenditures with ROI analysis, and manage scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT to integrate solutions with business goals.
• Manage material handling projects from concept to implementation, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Evaluate equipment/technologies for cost-effectiveness and fit for operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technologies in material handling.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to site engineers.
