Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Material Flow Engineer to optimize material movement, storage, and presentation across U.S. sites, driving lean improvements and cost reductions.

You will lead line-side delivery, supermarket design, kitting, sequencing, and capacity planning using CAD and simulation tools, with up to 75% travel nationwide to implement standards and train teams. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to develop standard work, monitor KPIs, and uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of material flow engineering or supply chain optimization experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material flow processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Design optimized material flow strategies: line-side delivery, supermarket design, kitting, sequencing.
• Use simulation and lean methods to model and validate improvements.
• Lead improvement projects across US manufacturing and distribution sites.
