Job summary

Hawthorne Cat in Waipahu, HI seeks a Master Technician for repair, maintenance, and rebuilding of CAT equipment. Work in shop or field with safety and efficiency, keeping hours close to flat rate targets.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, warranty reporting, and assisting less experienced technicians across HPC territory. Must own hand tools and have 10 years of CAT experience with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience repairing CAT equipment.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must own hand tools appropriate for the work.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and rebuilding of equipment in the shop or field.
• Complete work within 95% or less of established flat rate time.
• Assist training of other technicians and travel within HPC territory.
