Responsibilities

• Repair, recondition, test, and adjust equipment sold by Hawthorne.
• Engines: diagnose issues and repair components such as fuel pumps, turbos, and governors.
• Powertrain: diagnose and service components like transmissions, clutches, finals, and differentials.
• Hydraulics: service cylinders, pumps, valves, and attachments; test hydraulic systems.
• Meet flat rate as established by Caterpillar and industry standards.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
