Job summary

Smart Care Solutions is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our field service team. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent issues across cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing and related equipment for restaurants and hospitality clients in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with diagrams and schematics, read manufacturers’ specs, install parts, and coordinate with our Technical Assistance Group. On-the-job training and CFESA/EPA certifications are supported.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and prevent issues on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and communicate with manufacturers as needed.
• Install ordered parts and maintain accurate service documents.
• Promote additional Smart Care services to customers when appropriate.
