The Master Scheduler plays a crucial role within the Program Controls function, collaborating closely with the Program Controls Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of aerospace programs for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. These programs encompass Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and pure commercial contracts, some of which necessitate ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). This role involves developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project as the enterprise scheduling tool. The Program Controls Scheduler ensures cost-schedule integration, supports effective program planning and execution, and customizes scheduling strategies to align with each program’s unique lifecycle, risk posture, and contractual requirements. This position requires a high degree of collaboration among engineering, business, and operational teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with full visibility into performance.
