Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Senior Master Schedule and Records Coordinator for the CFAES Academic Programs team on the Columbus Campus. You will manage the master schedule in SIS, coordinate course offerings with academic units, and implement new scheduling processes and training.

The role requires strong scheduling, policy auditing, and cross-unit collaboration, with potential Ohio travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree and 2 years of related experience required.
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Interacts with CFAES unit scheduling contacts within the academic units to maintain and update existing master schedules of course offerings within SIS.
Provides guidance and procedural instruction to academic unit scheduling contacts regarding established scheduling processes and systems.
Collaborates with academic units to identify scheduling options and implement adjustments consistent with established curricular and scheduling requirement.
Provides solutions to address routine as well as unusual issues and questions without requiring instruction or supervisor approval.
Assures adherence to curricular policies by auditing offerings according to established university and college policies.
