Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing and supply chain partner, is seeking a senior planning leader to manage multiple sites and a team of Master Planners. You will drive standardized processes, align planning strategies with business goals, and oversee master schedule data integrity and budgeting.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge, 6+ years in management, and experience with SAP and analytics to reduce costs and improve productivity. Domestic travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 9–12 years related materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning department across multiple sites and 12 direct reports.
• Drive standardized planning processes and master schedule data integrity.
• Oversee capacity modules, budgeting, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop and implement new planning strategies with cross-site collaboration.
