Job summary

New Energy Equity is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician III- Solar in Minnesota. You will act as the technical field authority, leading complex inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs at solar sites, owning site work, and mentoring junior technicians.

A Minnesota Master Electrician license is required, with strong leadership and safety focus. We offer a defined pathway to Technician IV, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Master Electrician license required.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians in the field.
• Proven troubleshooting and inspection leadership in solar or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive inspections of solar power plants and supervise maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in the field.
• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs for management.
