Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Mass Litigation Claims Professional to join our Latent & Environmental Claims team. You will manage moderate to high-severity commercial liability claims involving toxic torts, latent injuries, and class action litigation including complex coverage issues.

The role supports a Mass Litigation team delivering best-in-class service with hybrid work options across the U.S. offices and remote from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in Claims/Litigation Management, or JD with 2+ years.
• Licenses as required (adjuster) and knowledge of insurance regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with mass litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims from assignment through resolution with moderate direction.
• Provide technical claims service on litigated matters of moderate to high severity.
• Identify and mitigate risks, analyze coverage, coordinate with counsel and underwriters.
