Job summary

Zurich North America in Addison, TX is seeking a Senior Mass Litigation Claims Professional to join our Latent & Environmental Claims team. You will manage moderate to high-severity commercial liability claims, including toxic torts, latent injuries, and class actions, with complex coverage and litigation issues.

The role involves policy interpretation, retention of counsel, collaboration with underwriters, customers and brokers, and delivering industry insights while maintaining work-life

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or Juris Doctor as alternative.
• Zurich certification or equivalent training plus relevant experience.
• Legal/license requirements and knowledge of insurance markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims from assignment through resolution with moderate direction.
• Provide technical claims service on complex, high-severity matters.
• Interpret policies, retain counsel, and coordinate with underwriters and brokers.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written

Strong negotiation skills

Experience handling Mass Litigation

Microsoft Office experience

Knowledge of insurance regulations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
