Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Mass Litigation Claims Professional to join the Latent & Environmental Claims team. You will manage moderate to high-severity claims involving toxic torts, latent injuries, and class actions.

The role emphasizes policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and collaboration with underwriters and brokers. You will lead claims from assignment to resolution with direction from leadership, providing industry insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 6+ years in claims or litigation management.
• Juris Doctor with 2+ years in claims or litigation management.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 6+ years in claims or litigation management.
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 6+ years in claims or litigation management.
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years in claims and litigation management and required licenses.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage each claim from assignment through resolution with moderate direction.
• Provide technical claims service on mostly litigated matters of moderate to high severity and complexity.
• Identify and mitigate risks and deliver valuable industry insights.
• Coordinate with underwriters, customers, and brokers; manage counsel and other vendors.
