Job summary

Truist Financial in Arlington, VA seeks a seasoned Premier Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering a broad mix of banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions. You will leverage the Truist network to deepen client relationships and provide integrated advice.

Required are five years of financial services experience, securities licenses, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience with banking/investments/retail lending.
• Active FINRA licenses and insurance licenses or must obtain within 100-150 days.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses must be active and transferred within 60 days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and provide a broad range of services.
• Develop understanding of client needs and deliver personal financial planning/advisory services.
• Stay current on market trends and act as a resource for clients and CPAs/investment advisors.
• Meet revenue, profitability and retention goals through client acquisition and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, planning and investment solutions.
• Maintain compliant portfolio under audit/regulatory guidelines and Premier Banking program.
