Job summary

The role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, with emphasis on personal financial planning and advisory concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience with banking, investments, and/or retail lending or one year in a financial client relationship role.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory concepts and investment management/asset allocation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients, delivering and servicing a broad range of bank products and services.
• Establish understanding of client financial needs and collaborate with financial advisor on investments and asset allocation.
• Keep updated on market trends and act as a financial planning resource for clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists (IRM) to deliver integrated solutions and maintain relationships.
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with external centers of influence to drive business development.
• Work within audit, compliance and regulatory framework to ensure a high-quality portfolio.
• Support ongoing Premier Banking program processes, products, services, and operating policies.
