Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Premier Advisor to manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients within the Truist footprint, delivering banking, mortgage, investments and insurance solutions with a focus on advisory services.

Responsibilities include developing new relationships, aligning financial planning with client goals, coordinating with IRM partners, and ensuring compliance within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum five years of financial services experience with banking, investments or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management concepts.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and insurance licenses; must be current or obtained within 100–150 days; SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients. Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services.
• Develop understanding of client financial needs and coordinate with financial advisor on investments.
• Monitor economic trends and serve as a financial planning/advisory resource.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver an integrated client experience and advocate for clients.
• Build external relationships with centers of influence to develop business.
• Ensure compliance within audit/regulatory framework and Premier Banking program requirements.
