Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Premier Banking Relationship Manager to oversee a mass affluent client portfolio within the Truist footprint. You will deliver a full suite of banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance solutions through sound financial planning and coordinated advisory services.

Build lasting client relationships, achieve revenue and retention goals, and collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management partners to provide an integrated, high‑quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial services experience with banking, investments, or retail lending.
• SIE, Series 7, 66 licenses and applicable Insurance licenses active or obtained within 100-150 days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients.
• Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for banking and advisory products.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to support client service and development.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals.
• Monitor and update sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
