Using a consultative process, you will meet sales targets by expanding relationships, reviewing credit applications, and coordinating with partners to offer banking, brokerage, insurance, and retirement services.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in financial services; degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products, pricing, and profitability.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 6/63/65 required; 7/66 preferred; must obtain within 120 days.
• Strong deposit, loan, credit risk knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Excellent brokerage, insurance, retirement plans, and wealth management knowledge.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mass affluent client portfolio across branches.
• Uncover client needs and provide solutions within regulatory guidelines.
• Drive sales targets through asset acquisition and cross-sell.
• Review credit applications to ensure sound approvals.
• Mentor branch staff and train on products and digital banking tools.
