Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer - MarTech to strengthen marketing and communications platforms, enabling campaign launches and data activation across teams. You’ll work with Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake and CRM tools to deliver reliable integrations and personalized customer journeys.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and Data, building landing pages and automation, while ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 3+ years in MarTech engineering, platform integrations, or related operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience building journeys in Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or SFMC.
• Proficient with SQL and data models; knowledge of data synchronization across systems.
• Full-stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs; Python/Java for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Braze, Hightouch, and related MarTech platforms as shared infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Product, and Data to translate needs into tech.
• Define scope, effort, timelines; prioritize across engineering leadership.
• Standardize Braze Canvas architectures and templates with tests and release checks.
• Maintain integrations across Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce; ensure data quality.
• Implement platform personalization using Liquid, triggers, and send-time optimization.
• Monitor reliability and dashboards; improve alerts and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot with vendors; resolve root causes efficiently.
• Develop landing pages, APIs, webhooks, and automate integrations (Twilio, Zoom, FCM).
• Apply testing, secure access, consent handling, and data protection practices.
• Implement website tracking via Google Tag Manager with consent management.
