Frog, part of Capgemini Invent, seeks a Senior Manager in Marketing Strategy & Transformation to lead marketing transformation programs and design modern, data-driven marketing organizations. You’ll guide operating models, activation, and execution, partnering with strategy, data, and technology teams for integrated outcomes.

With 8–12 years of consulting or related experience, you’ll shape client roadmaps, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives while advancing Capgemini

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Experience in marketing strategy or transformation, ideally in a consulting setting.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams end-to-end with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled marketing use cases and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of marketing transformation engagements with ownership of workstreams.
• Designing and implementing marketing operating models including org structure and governance.
• Translating client challenges into roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
• Supporting MarTech strategy and enablement (Salesforce, Adobe).
• Defining and operationalizing AI-enabled marketing use cases with data/tech teams.
• Managing senior client relationships and delivering with excellence.
• Leading cross-functional teams across strategy, data, and technology.
• Contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
